As one of the leading entrepreneurs in Decorative Artistry, Melanie Royals, President and Creative Director of Modello Designs and Royal Design Studio, continues to seek new methods of information-delivery to her demanding audience.  With more than 16 years of experience, she is re-creating in response to current market challenges.  Mindful of the times, she is designing ways to disseminate information to you professionals who wish to keep current but prefer not to travel to attend classroom training.  Melanie understands the confines of time while balancing work, family, friends and trying to advance a business in today’s marketplace.

Virtual Workshops, a successful online training system to deliver new decorative technique and applications to artists, was created by Melanie in 2009 andcontinues to enjoy a positive response.  Encouraged by the highly favorable feedback to this new way of delivering education to the industry, Melanie has designed yet another method for sharing information in a focused, one-topic-at-a time, seminar format webinar.

From this, Design Your Success was born.
